Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport

AVANT’s experience at the Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport began with Terminal 3, a 1.8 million square-foot international terminal with 14 gates, providing acoustical consultation and public address system design. After this project, AVANT was retained by the airport to design a complete replacement of the Terminal 1 public address system. Most recently, AVANT designed upgrades for the public address system at the D Gates concourse. These systems utilize digital network-centric components that provide the features and flexibility required by a modern airport terminal.

Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center

The Johnson County Arts and Heritage Center is home to a black box theatre with a 360° rotating digital projection system and dynamic audio system. AVANT also provided acoustical consulting for many facets of the building, and designed paging and digital signage systems throughout the facility.

Columbia Regional Airport

In addition to large international airport facilities, AVANT has extensive experience with smaller terminal projects. The Columbia Regional Airport is a 3-gate terminal building with modern features and comfortable interiors. AVANT provide acoustical consultation and designed a networked public address system that delivers clear, crisp announcements. Located in home of the University of Missouri, the public address system in the baggage claim area was also used to automatically play the University fight song to arriving passengers when bags are delivered to the claim devices.
