Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport
The renovation and expansion of the passenger terminal at Gallatin Field Airport in Belgrade, Montana, included new entry and ticketing halls, expanded baggage claim, new passenger screening and concessions areas, and five additional gates.
AVANT ACOUSTICS provided the following services:
- Room acoustics consultation
- Architectural and mechanical noise control
- Audio communication (paging) system design
- On-site system commissioning, including operator training and assistance
Project Highlights:
AVANT ACOUSTICS designed a computer-controlled audio paging system which replaced an existing system. The design includes new microphone paging stations and loudspeaker circuits for the distribution of paging announcements.
Other system features include ambient noise-sensing; monitoring, testing, and logging of system performance; and interfaces with special systems. The system also allows for future expansion of the terminal.
